Well I don’t believe I am posting to the correct location and I don’t know how to create my own post so here goes. I wanted to let anyone in the community that has suffered or fears their automobile being stolen, there is a FREE program called H.E.A.T. Help End Auto Theft. The program works by putting two stickers on your vehicle that notify the police that between the hours of 1 AM and 5 AM that the vehicle can be pulled over for no reason other than it has the stickers. Also if the vehicle crosses the border you must show proof of ownership. The stickers are not unattractive and if put on glass they can be removed. You might ask how does it help if the thief can just remove the sticker? Well the license plates are also registered. So the thief would have to spend a few extra minutes scrapping off two stickers one inside the other outside and then bother to replace both plates. I know thieves are smart and if they want to steel something bad enough a few stickers won’t stop them, but they might just take the one without the stickers before the one with stickers.

Like many nights when I get home there is water running down the streets. There are either broken sprinkler heads or many ill placed sprinkler heads. Most of the sprinkler heads around bldg 21 and 22 spray the front of the cars parked close to the building or spray into the parking lot. It’s a huge waste of water…not to mention the constant water spots on your car.

There is a cool pub around McKinney Ave. in uptown that’s fun. Idle Rich pub; in fact, I’ll be spending my bday there next week! If you haven’t been, I’d go there and try it out!
